2. Counter-Notification

- Identification of Removed Material: Describe the material that was removed and specify where it appeared before it was taken down.
- Statement of Good Faith: Include a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Consent to Jurisdiction: Agree to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or the district where your address is located) and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
- Electronic or Physical Signature: Sign your counter-notification, either electronically or physically.

3. Repeat Infringers
Arctic Coasts has a policy to terminate user accounts, if applicable, of repeat infringers, as required by the DMCA.
